Grim

Super busy last week. Tender + tender + more tender + company rebrand + infinite amount of admin work = Unenjoyable week.

I actually like it a lot better when it's busy like that, rather than sitting on my arse all day being nothing but unproductive ...but that effectively means that I don't get much time at night to see any friends...

Feeling a bit depress these days, so much uncertainties lying ahead. I feel utterly powerless in what may happen in the next 2-3 months. Having said that -  whatever happens happens but i can't help to think how i'm going to handle it. Will i break? how long will it take to get over it? fuckin hell..(excuse my french)

Planning our office's practice day out - it's absolutely no fun with this kind of depressive weather.  I NEED SUNSHINE!!!

Pain ≠ Gain

BC in pccw as usual last night. Felt great in my new trainers ... lol

Gary said I took the easy way?! >.< ...arrmmm...to be honest - i'm kinda tired.

A full time GX Instructors exercise 4-5 hours a day for at least like 4-5 days a week on average. I'm only doing 1 hour a day for 5-6 days a week and my body is dead tired already, either i ain't good enough for it or there are things that i missed?

Borrow bubble's venum gloves last night, looks awesome...except for this -

Rainy Saturday

H&M - peep toe 4" heel


Actually my favourite is my 新屎"hang" Lunar Glide. So comfy, the color makes me happy :D, am gonna do heaps of jump knees!!




Lesson is - never go out on a rainy weekend!!

Judgement day

2nd session at Bootcamp.


So tired, so so tired from Tuesday still and tennis from last night and guess what - IT's ASSESSMENT DAY!!


woot woot!! :)


Gave almost everything i had. it was TOUGH!


short sprint back & forth 5 times - approx 50m = 250m
Sit ups x 25
short sprint back & forth 5 times - approx 50m = 250m
push ups x 20
short sprint back & forth 5 times - approx 50m = 250m
Squats x 20
short sprint back & forth 5 times - approx 50m = 250m


It took me 7.26 mins. I figured it was the sprint that really slows me down.


Then, another 800m run - break down in to 50m x 16 times


Running was hard enough for me, having to stop and turn for 15 times doesn't help!


Conclusion -
I NEED TO DO A LOT BETTER THAN THIS!!

Good read


Found a good read accidentally last week - highly recommend if you like crime fiction, can't even put it down unless it's absolutely pass bedtime.

There seem to be something unique about Swedish crime novels, much darker, much more intriguing....










BKK

Went to BKK for my most recent holiday. Love Bangkok for several reasons -
  1. CHEEAAPPP -Yes, who doesn't love it when it's 1/3 the price of what it usually cost in HK??!?!?!?
  2. No communication - It's actually quite relaxing when you don't understand a damn thing even tho when it's very noisy! LOL
  3. Hotels - made a HUGE mess and it reverts back to normal as soon as i walk out of that door, it's like magic - need i say more?
  4. Food - LOVE the food! small portions but filling, LOADs of fresh fruits, so many choice AND they have Krispy Kreme!!!!
  5. People - people are always friendly and helpful, even if there might be an odd ball out of the crowds.
There are definitely more things to love about Thailand. Have to go at least once a year. Next stop - C.H.I.N.A...

Dessert - Molten Choco cake with homemade fig ice-cream - little bits of heaven...perfect finish.
